Beijing Goldenscope Technology Co., Ltd. ("Goldenscope Tech"), established in December 2018, is a high-tech enterprise with independent R&D capabilities, technological innovation capabilities, and manufacturing capabilities. Goldenscope Tech owns a number of independent intellectual property rights, specializing in the research, development and production of high-precision micro-nanofabrication equipments, including electron beam lithography systems, cathodoluminescence detection systems, Ultra-low Temperature Cooling Stages, EBL Series Products and so on.With excellent qualifications and strong capabilities, Goldenscope Tech provides strong support for research and applications in related fields. Goldenscope Tech is headquartered in Beijing and has subsidiaries/offices in Guangzhou and Suzhou.

Goldenscope Tech develops independently  electron beam inspection and processing equipment with “electron beam” as the core technology, and uses “fluorescence inspection” and “ultra-low temperature” as the extension technology to create electron microscope peripheral accessories. Integrating the R&D, production, sales, and analytical testing services of the above products, Goldenscope Tech is committed to realizing independent control and domestic substitution of high-end scientific instruments. Goldenscope Tech has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and "Little giants" Enterprise.

Up to now, Goldenscope Tech has completed several rounds of financing, with representative investors including Yuanpei Fund, Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation, CDH Investments, Dachen Caizhi, Lightspeed China Partners, TusStar, Zhongguancun Science City, and Guangzhou Science City, and has established collaborations with many representative research institutes and enterprises, both the company and products have been highly recognized by users.

Goldenscope Tech has co-established the "Electro-Optics and Micro-Nano Ultrafast Spectroscopy Technology Laboratory" with the Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation and the "Microscopic Analysis Public Technology Service Platform" with Jinnovation Park.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the application development of the cathodoluminescence product line ,paticipate in product development and upgrading.

2.Provide pre-sales technical support, including drafting and communicating technical proposals.

3.Responsible for cathodoluminescence system external analysis and testing services,including collecting samples, summarizing experimental data, and writing test service reports.

4.Based on user application requirements, propose product improvement suggestions, test new products, and assist in completing product improvements.

5. Responsible for the daily maintenance of laboratory instruments; assist in improving laboratory management systems and establishing testing service processes and standards.

6.Assist in writing and refining the company's product operation manuals, as well as recording experiments and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

FPGA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.According to the system functional requirements proposed FPGA design and implementation program, complete the demand demonstration;

2.Write, design, develop, simulate, and debug logic code according to module requirements and development specifications.

3.Implement parallel and serial data access for ADC/DAC interfaces, achieve Ethernet, DDR3 data storage, and PCIE data transfer (DMA) based on IP Core; complete cross-clock domain data access, partial data preprocessing, and business logic function implementation.

4.Collaborate with hardware and software teams for debugging and realization of product functionalities.

5.Analyze risk factors involved in system development activities, and prepare standardized technical documents, product descriptions, and patents related to design and development.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above,majoring in electronics, communications, measurement and control, automation and other related majors, more than 3 years of FPGA related work experience.

2.Proficient in Verilog language and capable of understanding VHDL code.

3.Familiar with FPGA development processes and design standards, and able to use simulation software such as Modelsim to complete pre- and post-simulation verification.

4.Proficient in using FPGA development tools, primarily Vivado, and familiar with the use of IP Cores, able to independently complete internal logic design verification and debugging.

5.Familiar with common local bus communication protocols such as SPI, IIC, and USART, with relevant experience in software and hardware debugging.

6.Experienced in implementing DDR3, Ethernet, PCIE, FIFO using Xilinx IP Core, with related debugging experience.

Hardware Engineer

1.Responsible for circuit design;

2.Handle product schematic design, PCB layout, hardware debugging, and maintenance; lead the completion of product functionality tests, reliability tests, and verification, as well as provide technical guidance for production testing.

3.Assist mechanical engineers in completing the internal structural design of products.

4.Responsible for writing technical development documentation.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, communications, computer science and other related majors, more than 5 years of related work experience;

2.With analog and digital circuit design experience and product development capabilities; proficient in using common operational amplifiers, familiar with chip selection, mainstream MCU, FPGA and the designing peripheral circuits of ARM chips;

3.Proficient in using drawing software , familiar with common operations in Vivado, and experienced in using simulation software .

4.Familiar with signal conditioning circuits such as small signal amplification and constant current sources; knowledgeable in key parameters and selection principles for ADCs and DACs; experienced in power circuit design for analog circuits; experience in motor control drive circuit design is preferred.

5.Proficient in using common tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, LCR meters, and spectrum analyzers; possesses some soldering skills and familiarity with circuit testing standards and processes.

1.Responsible for establishing the process system and writing process documents; identify the key quality control points and continuously improve and optimize them based on actual conditions.

Embedded Control Engineer

1.Develop embedded systems for instruments and equipment, applicable to laser and electron beam scanning control, system interlock control, and automation control.

2.Collaborate with the hardware department to develop control modules; complete control of the baseboard ADC and DAC.

3.Work with the software department on module or system modulation and iterative development; ensure interaction between the lower-level and upper-level control systems.

4.Responsible for motor drive control and process control of the instruments.

5.Assist the testing department in conducting system functionality tests.

6.Responsible for writing technical documentation.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, automation, optoelectronics, computer science, precision instruments, measurement and control or other related engineering majors.

2.Proficient in C or C++ programming languages and data structures.

3.Familiar with development on platforms like STM32, NXP, or ATMEL, with experience in developing real-time operating systems (RTOS) based on systems such as Nuttx, RT-Thread, FreeRTOS or ThreadX, and capable of optimizing system code.

4.Familiar with commonly used buses such as SPI, UART, IIC, and industrial control protocols like Modbus.

5.Knowledgeable in common motor and motor drive control methods, capable of implementing basic motion algorithms, and achieving precise displacement control with the help of sensors.

6.Familiar with the control of common ADC and DAC, with experience in analog data acquisition and processing is preferred.

7.Preferably experienced in developing systems related to laser direct writing, laser etching, 3D printing, focused ion beam, electron beam lithography, electron beam welding or electron beam additive manufacturing.

8.Experience with DSP and ARM development is preferred, as is experience in designing equipment interfaces.
