Cathodoluminescence Imaging System —— Sunny
The Cathodoluminescence (CL) system, as a functional component of electron microscopes, is powerful because it combines fluorescence information with the excellent spatial resolution of electron microscopy. This capability allows it to explore many fundamental properties of materials at the micron/nanometer scale. Currently, the CL system is widely used in fields such as geology, materials science, semiconductors, microelectronics, physics, archaeology, and biomedical research.
The Sunny Series Cathodoluminescence Imaging System is capable of achieving cathodoluminescence imaging at micro and nanoscales, offering advantages such as large-area uniform detection range and high detection sensitivity. It is particularly well-suited for efficient characterization and analysis of cathodoluminescence intensity in geological samples, optoelectronic materials, and devices.
