APPLICATION
The Sunny series cathodoluminescence (CL) imaging system can achieve cathodoluminescence imaging at micro and nanoscale with high detection sensitivity. It is particularly suitable for the efficient characterization and analysis of CL intensity in semiconductor materials and devices, as well as geological samples.
CL analysis is widely utilized across various fields, ranging from geology, earth and ocean sciences to semiconductors, solar cells, photonics, plasmonic optics, and life sciences. Different CL imaging modes allow the study of various properties of light, such as emission intensity, spectral composition etc. These in turn help in better understanding the characteristics of different samples.
